Updated with R 3.5.0 #10

R 3.5.0 will fail now with this type of config: See https://travis-ci.com/neuroconductor-devel/ROpenCVLite/jobs/140447403#L3129

This should now pass on Travis

I think these are ready to be incorporated @sjmgarnier - these are getting timed out due to the build time. If you email Travis support, they can increase the time to 120 minutes to get these to build in time.
