Can I switch the left panel and right panel? #26

I want to have the editor on the right and the preview on the left. Is this possible?

@jflycn It's theoretically possible, but I have completely stopped the development of editR (not enough time + R Notebooks in RStudio pretty much solve the problem I wanted to address with editR).
