receiver balance doens't update

Expected behavior

When i receive SWT, my balance updates without having to refresh

Actual behavior

When i receive SWT, my balance doesn't update automaticaly.

Steps to reproduce the problem

my wallet > ask someone to send SWT > wait for balance to update > when it doesn't... refresh

Just did a test with:

• API running branch 63 (txHistory)
• Site running master

Sent 0.14 SWT from 0x8aE3E6Eca0E91649CD14701811E2Ab0e0211d021 to 0x1A2ec2878D9AbeCC8FB22fdf10f270Bc7b02ceC8

Balance before sending: 999841.14 Balance right after sending: 999841.14 Balance after waiting some 20 seconds: 999841.00
