clear avatar and username when exiting the new account flow #649

Location

/create account

Expected behavior

When i exit the new account flow, all data are cleared

Actual behavior

When i exit the new account flow and restart the process, my username and avatar are still there. error message: VM153:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: _panMove is not defined at HTMLCanvasElement.ontouchmove

Steps to reproduce the problem

create account > choose avatar and username > password warning > exit >create account > choose avatar and username
