i can choose from the languages that are fully translated in the app

Actual behavior

i can choose languages that still have awaiting translations

@kikipluche Why is this issue open but the Epic it belongs to is already closed?

We closed all the "epics" in the site repo. And started with the epics in the concept repo. But this is a terminal issue that needs to be taken on.

@kikipluche can you either reopen the epic or add this issue to an open and fitting epic. Thanks. I will move this to sprint.
