Hide checkbox on my-keys when logged in

Expected behavior

When on my-keys when you already have an account (not in new user creation), the user should not be able to see the checkbox with the button to enter Swarm City after unlocking his/her private key.

Actual behavior

checkbox & button are visible

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a new user, go to page my-keys while in user creation flow, unlock private key & check box to show enter button. Then go on your profile page and go to make-backup-profile, proceed to my-keys. If you didn't refresh while doing this, you should still see the checkbox. This shouldn't be the case.

I tried to reproduce it, but I didn't see it. Can someone confirm that it is still happening?
