responsiveness of dragging the avatar #715

Expected behavior

when i drag the image, the image moves with my finger/cursor

Actual behavior

when i drag the image, the image doesn't follow as expected

@kikipluche I am not so sure what you mean by this issue. I tried this on desktop, android and it seems to work as expected. for iphone I have seen the issue where the screen scrolled when dragging the avatar. I made a code change to fix it in https://github.com/swarmcity/SwarmCitySite/tree/%23715_avatar_drag let me know if it fixes it.

@hershkoy i agree, on desktop it behaves as expected. the code change isn't in the latest build yet, right? I'll check o, iOS when it is on swarmdev.city
