When I try to make request and have no SWT, the app warns me, the button seems inactive, but if I press it, the app looks like it's processing my request

Expected behavior

If the button is not active, it should not take the user any further.

Actual behavior

If I push the button even though it seems "inactive", the app moves on and says "Your request is being processed"

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. make a new account with no SWT in it
2. place a request on #pioneer
3. push the inactive button

@matrixator i will close this issue, because it is part of boardwalk, and we are still building it, so this issue will be solved in the coming sprints.
