to prevent the image to scale beyond the arc boundaries

@xardass thanks, I am doing my best, I wish I had more time, would have contribute more. I believe that the PR is already connected to an issue (#739). Let me know if I need to do anything else

@hershkoy ah yes indeed, I looked over it. Can you explain why you added min value as a property and not just set the 0.4 value in the element?
