fix for "create a new account, delete it, avatar is not deleted, when creating new account, the old avatar appears" by redraw the avatar if changed

@kikipluche please check this branch #762_flow_after_userDelete, I fixed also the issue that the avatar image is not uploaded (when using the same image).

This PR is made on you animations branch which i couldnt yet merge so i cant merge this one either yet. closing for now
