A user with a lot of his items (items-involved) on page /hashtag/, needs to also have a clear insight as to where he is. In current situation, it's easy to "scroll past it" (it = where your involved items are done and the open requests begin).
the middlepart (= filter-btn / 'active'-btn) was described in the epic as to be sticky. But in retrospect I found this takes up to much space/real estate on your screen. The reason for making it sticky was that a user could filter the deals anywhere, but in reality I think this is unneccessary: when a user starts to scroll in the deals, he already decided that he doesn't want to filter.
Solution:
all items-involved have a blue border-right, to make them more different visually from the open requests
the filter-btn just scroll up with the open requests and the 'active-btn' appears at the same height as the hashtag (and has the same blue border-right as all the items-involved).
