Create Build Script #774

It has been decided to move of the hosting to the netlify hosting servers, as a result the need for an automated build script has been recognised.

[x] Create an es6-bundled build
[x] Push just the build/es6-bundled folder to a new branch
[x] Configure Netlify to automatically pull from the new branch
[x] Ensure the new dev.swarm.city domain is configured correctly
