Show 'create account' button on everypage #776

Problem

The 'create account'-button (seen above on page /hashtag) should appear on every page. Currently it isn't showing on page /detail.

Solution

I think it would be better to include the logic (wether or not to show the button or the avatar/username/balance) in the display-my-info.
