on mobile exit from myprofile scrolled down #828

myprofile to hashtaglist

Expected behavior

when on myprofile completely scrolled down and then close myprofile, i want to see the hashtaglist page scrolled up

Actual behavior

when on myprofile completely scrolled down and then close myprofile, i see the hashtaglist page scrolled down (with the hashtags almost invisible)

Steps to reproduce the problem

on iphone (or mobile in general i assume) on my profile, scroll down, close myprofile, on hashtaglist you are scrolled down as well

safari ios

i noticed this is a general issue. Whenever i am at the bottom of a page, when i go to the next page, that one is scrolled down, where it should be scrolled up.

@bkawk let's find a global solution for this, except where position has to be remembered (scoll location on hashtag page for example)
