see active drivers on map #21

As a user I see drivers, open offers and claimed offers on a map. The map is centered on my current location. As a user I can adjust the zoom level of the map.

show leaflet map
collect driver information via whisper channels
collect rider information via whisper channels
show number of drivers available in my neighbourhood
