Backup the account by downloading the encrypted wallet in json format #26

As a user I want to be able to backup my wallet - as this is the value store of my ARC tokens. I need to be aware that it is my responsibility to manage this data.

Make the wallet downloadable as encrypted JSON

p.s. This is a first iteration towards a managed wallet that can be backed up to other providers.
