As a rider I want to be able to accept a ridesharing offer from the driver I select.

The winning driver gets a notification that his offer has been accepted.
The other drivers get a notification that their offer was rejected.
The rider puts the agreed amount of tokens on escrow ( if negotiated )
The rideshare starts
