As a driver I want to negotiate on the price with the person who put up a ride request. As a driver I want to make a counter offer to the rider. As a rider I want to make a counter offer to the driver. As a rider or a driver I want to come to an agreed price.

show name, avatar and reputation of rider
set up an end-to-end encrypted tunnel between the rider and the driver
