[proposal] - force backup after initial login

Actual behavior

• no real force to backup data after account creation

Expected behavior

• force backup of data immediately after creation of wallet
• must have marginnal opt-out checkbox below which sais: [x] no backup now and -yes I know what I am doing

Steps to reproduce the problem

• create new wallet and login without coin transfer (if this is true, when coins are added is not verified)
• you only get advice after you have opened your account details on the avatar
