tested with ff54.0.1(32-bit) laptop and Chrome 59.0.3071.115 (64-Bit)

Also on this device, this user can't reply to offers and has never been able to in different broswers and devices¿

Issue resolved. User had no SWT and could therefore not afford the escrow to respond to the offer.
