On second thought, left territory rush alone and created a new ability: clone army.

I haven't balanced this very carefully, honestly. This allows a linear rate of expansion growth, which means a constant, slowly-exponentially-increasing mutagen growth rate. Actually resetting should always be faster (more mutagen/hour) though, so that's fine. Let's see what people do with this on the test realm.
