I own 0 bats, I don't even have the 5th nexus yet this run.

However, dumping ~400DC into 'Mutate Bats' brought Swarmwarp from 21+ days to 23+ days of production.

I've since noticed that it says in the description "Increases power of all abilities" so i guess its working as intended.
