changes done-

fixed social icons that were not handled properly for dark mode
added styling for members grid
added effects for social icons
added motion animation using gsap
footer not compatible with dark mode
footer social icons alignments fixed
added suttle effects for text and social icons in footer.

if you can upgrade the level that would be appreciated. thank you/
