add symfony 2.3 compatability #91

symfony 2.3 reached its end of maintenance. So why adding it now ?

some projects are still use sf2.3, your bundle is compatible with this version, so why do not add support for it?

According to symfony website, symfony 2.3 reached it's end of maintenance in May 2016 and will reach it's end of life in less than 2 months. I strongly advise you to update your project as soon as possible as you won't get any security fix after May 2017. Regarding swarrot, I'm afraid we won't support this version anymore. :/ In fact, I think I will bump the minimum version of symfony to 2.7 soon.

Of course, if you're not able to update your project right now you can continue to use SwarrotBundle with v1.4.1 which is the latest to support symfony <2.4.
