Questions about seurat integration in your figure 1 i #6

Hi, I tried to reproduce the figure1 i in your research using the public data in the GEO platform. However, since I did not have fragements information, I cannot calculate the gene activity score matrix based on your public data. Are there any data I can access related to fragements information? Thanks a lot.

You can generate the fragments file by running cellranger-atac on the snATAC-seq .fastq files.
