wp-mu compatibility #27

Compatibility with Wordpress Multi User would be good, particularly where WPMU 
is set to one 
domain with subdirectory blogs, but also applicable to the subdomain model.

Would probably require a single API key to register the plugin for the domain, 
but allow each blog 
owner to display one or more calendars - especially public calendars.

I have it working in WPMU.
It is only a simple usage, running one instance in a subdirectory install.
Seems to work fine.

I have issues with WPNG on WP-MU not playing nice. The Calendar only resolves
correctly when I use an API Key from the WPMU-hosted domain which is different 
than
the domain of the blog it is being used on.
