wordpress 2.5 options #29

I can seem to use the config page in wordpress 2.5.  Is this an issue, or 
should i try to chaneg the values manually?

looks like it moved to under Settings instead now.  Thanks anyway.

In WP 2.7.1, it's under the SETTINGS tab (in the left-side navigation).
VERY, VERY strange place to hide the settings.
