swaybar: Hover over element expands short text to full text while hovering

Please fill out the following:

• Description: While using the swaybar-protocol and using full_text and short_text for nearly all blocks: If swaybar cannot show all full_text's, it falls back to displaying the short_text's instead, which works quite well. But then (in my case) the bar feels kind of empty. So to make a better use of the bar then, please implement, that while the mouse is hovering over a block, the full_text will displayed for this block as long as it's hovered. So users could still access certain information they want, if required.

The following feature request was accepted by i3 which would change the i3bar behavior so that it only shortens the minimum number of blocks: https://github.com/i3/i3/issues/4113

That may make your situation better since your bar will be more full.

It just needs someone to step up and implement it. And after that is done sway should be open to it as well due to i3compat.
