Description:
- I started sway from the TTY and opened two windows. I pressed the super key and the left mouse button to move one of the windows and then repeated that some more. The cursor is hard to move when it is over another window or the wallpaper (anytime it's not on the window you're trying to move).

What does "hard to move" mean?

Normally, when I move my mouse cursor it goes fast and smooth. But when I try to move a window with the mouse, and I move the mouse a normal distance, it doesn't go as far as it normally would and it seems like it's stuttering. That's what I mean but hard to move. It's not like my DPI has just been lowered but it also stutters.
