Wrong cursor scaling on fractional scaling monitor

  output HDMI-A-1 mode 1920x1080@60Hz scale 0.75 pos 0 0
  output DP-3 mode 2560x1440@60Hz pos 2560 0

• Description:

  • Set up two monitors side by side
  • Use fractional scaling on one of them
  • Move the mouse between displays
  • See bug

You mean the cursor is as large as on a 1x output?

We're loading the images closest to scale * base_size in the cursor theme, so it's possible that with a base size of 24 this ends up being 24.
