Add compiling and linking with basu

Searching for basu in repo originally didn't provided results. After submitting PR I see there is another similar one. Any way may stay here

Aren’t we only using dbus for the (e)logind integration, implying that their libs should be present when this feature is compiled in?

Closing, since there is no good explanation why this is desirable, and we're planning to drop logind support.
