Change Input Source for Rt calculations to AWS #127

Current script - etl-pipeline/R_scripts/Epistim_rt_script.R (Branch: svd09-patch-r_proc-2) - uses google sheets library functions to get data from google sheets. This needs to be redirected to the AWS repo.
