Expert Player #2

From spec: An advanced computer player should be able to beat the other two most of the time. It should be a challenge for humans to beat these players. We should see this strategy hand in there.

We have most of it done just need to do testing, our test sucks

you can try using the gui, it should be able to handle the expert player
