Fix: swc-node #16

If swc doesn't want a dedicated @swc/node package, a simple change could be introduced to prevent breaking changes introduced in #14.

I think we should have the swc-node command. But... I think we already have one, but I don't remember the location.

@kdy1 https://github.com/Brooooooklyn/swc-node Here is the one developed by the community. It also has swc-jest and swc-register (but his swc-register has no ignore and only).

No, there was another one other than that... But I didn't remember.
