Hi folks, some edits from @Brorfred and myself (and soon @codersquid) on the bc README. Still in progress, but preliminary comments welcome.

Should I close this? I think work done in the sprint has made this PR obsolete...

@ChristinaLK This is great stuff. So, we going to attempt to merge in your changes to what we're doing. When we submit a PR for our sprint work it should close this too.
