Add "don't do this" notes to our teaching guide #558

The discussion list thread at http://lists.software-carpentry.org/pipermail/discuss_lists.software-carpentry.org/2014-June/001773.html contains a lot of good comments about where we lose learners, and what we can do to avoid that happening. This material should be added to the novice/teaching directory, and supplemented with anything else that comes to mind.

Aur Saraf and I will work on this (from the Teaching Software Carpentry Online course). It's the one topic were our knowledge overlaps!

Hi Greg,

No, another student from the next section of the teaching carpentry class (Philip Fowler) asked to take over that task, so I assumed he was working on it?

Sorry, I haven't had time to do much software carpentry, trying to finish a paper that I should have finished three months ago. My partner hasn't contacted me either, so I assume he has been busy too.
