add github app's install command line tools to wiki for mac git problems #595

During the Rockefeller bootcamp we discovered that in the preferences of the Github app, there is an option to 'install command line tools' which seemed to fix the 'illegal operation' and 'lazy symbol binding failed' issue without having to do a 1.6gb download.

Can we see if this is a repeatable solution? If so, i'd like to propose we add it to the wiki.

@gvwilson this does not seem to be the panacea I had hoped for the mac users.

This was the first solution I turned to at WashU and some people still had Git problems at the beginning of the workshop.

This can be closed unless you want it open for more field testing
