[meta] Add lang field in index.html YAML header #604

We use index.html YAML header to track metadata about our workshops. What about add one field named lang to store the language used in that workshop?

This new field will improve the information that we have about our workshops and it most instructors won't need to change it value.

Please make sure this is included in the per-lesson metadata after we explode the repo.
