[meta] Use {{ page.root }} for links to glossary #607

Right now we use [repository](../../gloss.html#repository) for links to glossary. The links works for our main lessons but it start breaking when trying to build the all in one HTML lesson, EPUB lesson, PDF lesson, ... and it will also break when testing the lesson package manager.

What about using something like [repository]({{ page.root }}/gloss.html#repository) instead? We already have root in all markdown YAML so do this change won't be a big problem.

We'll need to rethink the glossary entirely once we explode the repo.

I thought we'd just have per-lesson glossaries 1. That sounds already-rethought to me ;).

Yeah, but when people assemble lessons for a workshop, they'll want to reconcile the glossaries. We'll worry about it eventually...
