Correct definition of the fahr_to_kelvin function in 02-func.ipynb #732

Added a decimal point to the fahr_to_kelvin function in 02-func.ipynb so that it works on Python 2.x.

OK, I only read the first few lines of the file... :S

But the error commented on in the rest of the text will appear only in Python 2.x, not Python 3

OK, it says that too...
