Remove historical material from shell intro #749

A learner writes, "The history of computers in 1950 and 1980 were distracting, however, we think it is interesting piece of information."

Some history is useful because it explains where we're typing into a computer at all, which is actually a fairly unusual thing to do these days. But I agree, looking at https://github.com/swcarpentry/bc/blob/master/novice/shell/00-intro.md, the history lessons could definitely be abbreviated. You could probably replace a paragraph and a half with: "There is a long standing tradition of interacting with computers with what is essentially a modified typewriter."
