broken link for dicuss mailing list in README.md #813

Under the README.md FAQ section answer for Where can I get help? https://github.com/swcarpentry/bc/blob/gh-pages/README.md there is a link to http://software-carpentry.org/contrib/discuss.html for the discussion mailing list. That URL currently does not work.

Probably should link to this page or some alias for it: http://lists.software-carpentry.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss_lists.software-carpentry.org

@gvwilson The link broke due swcarpentry/site@83c0374f5e3d43365ba65cd0ba51af5163e2a03f. Maybe next time we should replace the old file with something like
