Minor Additions and Changes

Minor Addition on unalias to novice/extras/06-shellvar.md

Minor changes to language - removing overuse of also.

As part of the SWC instructors course.

These changes touch a number of different files in different lessons. Please break these changes up into separate pull requests with coherent groupings of the changes made in the context of the lessons.

Additionally, proposed changes to novice/shell need to be submitted against https://github.com/wking/swc-modular-shell because the bc repo is being split into modular lessons and shell modularization has already begun.

While I appreciate that the changes should be broken up - where is this information about which parts have be broken out into other repos kept? other than your comment on this pull request and in a few other pull requests after searching through them I cannot find where this is stored - can you put this somewhere obvious? As https://github.com/wking/swc-modular-shell is not an obvious link off of swcarpentry/bc unless I am missing something obvious.

It's currently here 1. A link to that issue from CONTRIBUTING.md would be nice, since then we'd only have one place to keep up-to-date.

@agngrant This is an in-transition issue. When we're done the modular lessons will end up in the swcarpentry org and bc will disappear.
