Short info how to add workshop URL to the main SWC site #928

The information about adding the workshop URL to the main SWC website (so that the workshop appears on the listing on the main website) is included only in the https://github.com/swcarpentry/site but not in the https://github.com/swcarpentry/bc. The instructors who have never worked with the site repo simply don't know how to add the URL. So this PR should help solve this problem.
