python 3.x now recommended, not 2.x #1177

Switched wording so Python 3 is recommended to be installed, not Python 2. cc @rgaiacs

It looks like this is just stale. Upstream recommends Python 3 1 since swcarpentry/workshop-template#240.

I still see this 2 recommended over 3 at the current setup page in the Python section [1]

@jessicamizzi Thanks for the pull request. http://software-carpentry.org/workshops/setup.html was copy and past from https://github.com/swcarpentry/bc/ and we forgot to update it since it.
