One thing I like about Software Carpentry's example learner profiles is that they explicitly state something about the learner that may or may not provide a barrier for this person to receive the education they need. Some examples are that the learner has a physical or mental disorder, has children, works multiple jobs, etc.
Can you explicitly state what barriers Jorge might face, such as English being a second language or something else?
