updated figure 1 #37

Changes to the figure include:

text revised to match the paper word-for-word
rules re-orded to match the paper
more white space and slightly increased figure size
new illustrations for 'link to...' and 'evaluate...' rules
font changed to ariel to match font used in figure 2
transparent background changed to white background
