What precisely is this about? What information would go into this (e.g. meeting minutes?), and who is the target audience?
This is basically a summary of main items discussed in our board meetings and the target audience is our membership.
And how will the person compiling the summary get info on the main items discussed? Or are you thinking that this is a job for somebody who is on the board?
I will take care of this one as it makes the most sense - unless there is an objection.
