Adding London site to instructor retreat #27

This PR modifies the GeoJSON file to add London. However, when I build and view locally, the marker doesn't show up - can someone more knowledgeable please check it?

You're on there - a few hundred miles east of Mogadishu. Geojson and google maps report lat/long in the opposite order. I'll merge as is and swap the number.
