Yes. We need to publish the blog post first. We can get the Google Hangout early.

Certainly - the site is being built automatically every hour, so I'll merge around 14:00 UK time so that it's up for 15:00 UK time (10:00 Eastern). I'll fill in the 'Category' field then if no one else does it first (I suggest "Instructor Retreat").

o/ Start at https://plus.google.com/hangouts/onair, click on "Create a Hangouts On Air" and fill the form.
